This week, Throwback Thursday looks Jim Crockett Promotions. on April 10 1986, 24 teams from around the world gathered for a Single Elimination Tournament i honor of the late founder of JCP, Jim Crockett Sr. NWA mainstays like The Rock And Roll Express, The Road Warriors, and The Midnight Express joined international teams such as Giant Baba & Tiger Mask, Chavo & Hector Guerrero, and more.
The winning team was awarded $1 million dollars and presented with an impressive trophy cup.
