After last night, I'm unsure now.

They built a special crossbow that shoots full sized arrows, which implies more then a few  shows worth of investment.

They also showed Diggle in a back alley buying some type of drug that resembles Ninja Turtle mutagen, presumably to deal with the tremor problem.

So the groundwork is there for Ollie to relieve Diggle, it just depends on how long they want to play this out..

I think Ollie will be back sooner rather than later. Probably by the crossover.

I'm not loving much of the DC universe right now

They were both wrong as can be.

Diggle for hiding his drug habbit and disability, then wondering why he's taken off point.

Ollie for choosing the mask over his kid, breaking his promises.

And both were pretty passive aggressive.

yeah, but Diggle was less wrong in this argument. Ollie can't lead. Keep the hood, let Spartan lead

Plus all 3 shows facing overwhelming opponents is getting dull.

Just finished the past season last night.  First half with Cayden James as the villain was entertaining at least even if both Flash and Arrow had pretty much the exact same villain.

The change to Diaz was terrible though.  Hated his character.  Had no clue on what his motivation was or why anybody put up with his shit.

Laurel storyline was ok but I'm worried where she is going.  Is she good or is she still evil?  Also Sara just being ok with that Laurel being there and pretty much the reason her Dad is dead was mind boggling.

As for "Team Arrow".  They're all idiots.  This show is starting to suffer from the same issue Supernatural has.  You're 6 seasons in and still having the exact same conversations about trust and leadership you were having back in season 1.

All 4 shows suffered the same bullshit this season. The good guys lost every week and then scraped out a victory at the last minute. So done with the arrowverse
