Holy hell, that's just plain idiotic. I don't know if it was botched or not but that was dropping her right on her head. Imagine if the chair wasn't there.

Amaiya Jade was the recipient, Ruby Raze did it.  This was WildKat Sports in New Orleans.

I looked that up after someone asked.  I didn't look it up before because honestly it didn't matter to me.
