I think this is kind of stupid (proud of being fat, said by a fat guy mind you), but I also think PV's concern with what other people do as it relates to their own life choices is a bit overblown as well.  Yeah, yeah, I know that being fat affects society in some ways, but it's really a personal responsibility thing and if I choose not to take care of myself that's my problem.

Childhood obesity is a very real and sad thing. And it makes me crazy that these people are potentially passing on their bad habits to their kids.
