Horror R1: Dracula vs. Tallahassee
« on: September 13, 2010, 09:18:16 AM »

There have been many depictions of Dracula over the years. Perhaps the most iconic is by Bela Lugosi in the 1931 film Dracula, which was based on the classic Bram Stoker novel. Dracula possesses many superhuman and supernatural powers. He is said to have "The strength of 20 men", as well as the ability to hypnotize most humans. Since he is undead, he is not harmed by conventional attack or weapons. He also has a limited control of the weather around him, able to create mists and storms. Perhaps his most iconic power is the ability to shapeshift into a bat, or sometimes rat.

Unlike other vampire lore, daylight is not lethal to Dracula. He is however severely limited in his power in daylight. It is also very draining to him, much like physical effort can be tiring to a human.

And he does not drink.... wine.

Tallahassee is the badass character in the movie 'Zombieland'. He hates zombies with a passion for killing his son, so naturally he is great at killing them. The only thing he is more obsesed with than killing zombies is eating the last twinkie on earth. His personal perspective is that you should 'enjoy the little things', he believes that if you dont blow off steam in zombieland you could loose whats left of your mind.

Indubitably. His forte may be killing zombies, but he's so fucking awesome, not even the King of Vampires can stand up to him.

ya, dude defeated a horde of biters with a handful of pistols.  a lesser man would need a couple of shotguns and a molotov cocktail to achieve that

I loved that scene because I thought that would be his final stand, but then he ended up just killing every last one of them. Loved that movie.

I think Drac edges him out, due mostly that Tallahassee's strengths involved keeping the zombies at a distance, and not at close range (would be needed to spike him).

Plus, if this battle is at night, Drac doesn't really have any weaknesses.
