Just looked it up he's had one apparently the second arrest he was driving w/a suspended license while still on probation for the first one.

I can just see it now, he'll come back to bail his brother out during a tag match, and people will instantly not know which one he is again. "HERE'S THE HOT TAG TO JEY!" CROWD: ".... is he the one that just got back? Should we be cheering for this?"
