You couldn't come up with a more Internet award if you spent 60 hours a week for a year trying to. Japanese wrestler wins the wrestler of the year? Check. Raw named worst show of the year? Check. Kane, who we just had a talk about here at A1, The Only Wrestling Messageboard That Still Matters(tm), with the topic being whether they even need to have him on the roster at this point is named the most overrated wrestler of the year? CHECK!!!!

Amazing. Never stop being Internet, IWC.

Nakamura is a real regular fella with a shit ton of great matches this year. Sorry you had to read an article that wasn't aimed at people who only watch one show. It must've been rough on you.

It's better because it's Japanese, right? I mean, Suptool has been saying that AJ Styles is one of the best wrestlers in the world for 10 years now, mostly to negative feedback, but Styles goes to Japan and all of a sudden he's the best American wrestler alive, right? You're part of the problem, mister. Maybe that guy should come over and conquer the American world of wrestling, like none of his predecessors ever have, ever. Meanwhile, MURKA sends old, fat Stan Hansen over there and he becomes a national treasure because of a CLOTHESLINE~!!

Calling the burn unit. Victim needs assistance.

2014 Raw was probably the best year of in ring wrestling since.... 2013 Raw. They've got the best roster in pro wrestling history. Better than the fuckin UWF. If they had Cowboy Bill Watts booking this shit, nobody would be able to handle it. Well. Until Cowboy Bill got the company sued into bankruptcy because of his 'cism.

Despite RAWs flaws you get some decent wrestling on it in spite of everything.  There's no way it's a worse show than Impact Wrestling.  It's not even remotely possible.

I got to agree with South Atlanta. Yes, Raw was mindboggling bad at many points throughout 2014, but it was still better than Monday Nitro, er, I meant Impact. If we are considering this year so far, as brief as it is, I vote for Lucha Underground, but that's just me.

My belief on worst show is that not enough voters watch Impact to give it enough votes

That, and I'm sure a lot of internet fans are the original hipsters, folks who hate stuff that's popular just because what they like is better, maaaaannnn.
