Topic: Witcher 3 Minimum System Requirements

So I've been tracking this game's release as I'm excited for it even despite the fact I haven't beaten The Witcher or The Witcher 2.  The Minimum System Requirements for it to be played have been released today and HOLY SHIT!  This game has some insane minimum requirements.  I personally meet the recommended but I know tons of people who don't even make the minimum or barely skate buy them.  I've always stood by PC Gaming with the fact you don't really need a super powered PC like everyone thinks to do it but this game sure is making it hard to argue that point now.  This game had better be insanely awesome both graphically, mechanically, and story wise with these requirements.

You touched on it, but this is why I like consoles.  Not because I think you have to have insane requirements to play a ton of games*, but because all I need to know is, "Does this game come out for PS3?" 

*I should say that the specs on our desktop and notebook are pretty weak though.

Hate to tell you but from what I've been reading they're having trouble optimizing it for consoles.  It's apparently running like ass on them XD

I don't care about that though.  What I care about is when a game is sold for my console I don't have to go check specs to see if I can run it.  I know some massive games like Skyrim and Fallout have issues running on consoles and all, but it's the idea that your games play without needing upgrades, etc. that I like about consoles.

That's how I feel about Dragon Age: I on the 360, which is unplayable.

Yeah, it's an older then dirt console, but if you're not even going to try and scale it to the hardware, don't even bother.

From what I understand with Witcher 3 is they are trying to scale it without losing to much graphically and what not and it's just not working lol
