Rollins Trainee Dies At Wrestling School
« on: September 15, 2016, 10:14:32 PM »
From WON:

Jonah Snyder, 20, passed away on 9/8 after suffering what was reported as a medical emergency at the Black & Brave Wrestling Academy in Moline, IL, which is run by Colby Lopez (Rollins). According to Rock Island County medical examiner Brian Gustafson, Snyder and eight others were training at the school when he said he started to feel ill. The trainers told him to sit down. His condition worsened and they called 911. Paramedics arrived, and while treating him, he suffered a heart attack and was rushed to Genesis Medical Center where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Police are investigating the death as the preliminary autopsy was inconclusive.

Wow. First of all, I didn't even know Rollins ran a wrestling school. Rollins already has a long list of guys he's injured, now people are dying. In all seriousness, this is tragic, and hopefully, whoever was actually training the guy did everything right. Last thing WWE needs is a concussion-related death at a training school run by one of their biggest stars, who has legit injured several people.

Colby Lopez is a pretty cool name

It's scary when an athlete dies of a heart attack, especially when they are young.  I would hope that wrestling schools require a physical before the start. If not, Rollins may want to start doing that.  If so, he may want to find out if there were contributors in and outside of the ring into this tragedy.

Man heart attacks suck. These guys could have no pre-existing symptoms and just one day... it's over.
