Qualifying Credentials:WWE Hall Of Fame (2014)

A true legend in Puerto Rico. Formed the WWC Promotion, and held numerous regional titles over a 40 year career. Appeared on WWWF programming. Holds an unrecognized NWA Title victory over Ric Flair.



Qualifying Credentials:WWE Hall Of Fame (2010)

One of the most visible villains in the Hulkamania era. Never actually won the world title but was considered a top contender for it. Feuded with Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage for much of the late 80s. Held several WWF tag titles with Mike Rotunda (IRS).
