Held the NWA Title for 900+ days and as the first AWA Champion. Held both titles simultaneously. Also held dozens of singles and tag titles with various partners. An eight team tag tournament was held in his memory at Starrcade 1990.

Has had multiple personas over the years (Cactus Jack, Mankind, Dude Love, and his real name of Foley). Saw success as both a bloodthirsty madman and as a sympathetic hero. Inspired the modern "hardcore" style with his many dives and bumps early in his career.
