Brazilian Rodizio

So, if you haven't tried this style of eatin', you've been deprived. The big name restaurants are Fogo de Chao and my personal favorite, Chima. If you don't know, well, it's all-you-can-eat roasted meats brought to you on swords by gauchos until you just can't eat anymore. It's amazing. It's what I'd imagine heaven to be like.

Went to Chima in Philly for a bachelor party earlier this year. It's true what they say on the menu: my #2 was different the next morning  :-X

A couple of restaurants like this opened up a few years ago over here.  The first time we went to one, it was awesome.  The next time we went back, it was subpar (the meats weren't cooked as well and they didn't bring them all to us; just overall poor service) so we stopped going because it was mad expensive.  But the idea, especially the visual was fun.  It also came with a small all you can eat salad bar.
