This morning, my wireless network was working on my laptop. I get home from work, and now the laptop isn't even detecting the network. Can anyone help me out as to what might have happened between the time I shut down in the morning and when I turned it back on in the afternoon?

(assuming you did this, but...) turn off your wifi router/dsl/etc, count to 30, and turn it back on.  if that doesn't work, you're fucked.

Do you have a switch on the side of (or top of) your laptop that controls your wireless card? Potentially could have bumped it and turned the wireless off.

I screwed with my parents laptop for I don't know how long one night when I realized that the wireless switch on the side was off.  It happens.
