If you don't watch NXT Fatsexy you should.  Especially this week's episode.  Kevin Owens delivers one of the best opening segments I've seen in a long time

I've been thinking about this a lot lately...yeah, Chris Hero gets released because he refuses to get into shape, Kevin Owens gets to beat their top guy in his debut match on the main roster. MAKES SENSE.

Pretty sure Hero was a Punk guy, so that's probably the real reason HHH cut him loose.

No, Hero got released because for months if not over a year they told him to get into better shape because he had no tone whatsoever. So, he doesn't do any of that and continues to look like he has AIDS, so they released him.

It's not a radical transformation, but Steen definitely added muscle and lost some fat. Easier to get by as a fat guy because of your "power" than it is to get by with being skinny and having girl arms.

Plus Steen you could argue had that stocky Stan Hansen type build.  Hero looked like a guy who never worked out and had love handles.  Now I know Hero claims there's a legit medical reason, etc., but the point stands in that Steen and Hero are built differently.

But I think one can argue that if it's ok for guys like Owens and Bray Wyatt and even Bo Dallas to look like they do, then if a guy is talented it shouldn't matter if he looks like weird lanky Jesus as long as he's good enough. It's the same concept, it sets him apart from everyone else.

I agree on Steen.  On Hero, there's no way I'm signing off on that no matter how good he is especially if he's going to wear standard trunks.  That dude needed a singlet or something to disguise that build. 

As for Bo Dallas, my wife even noticed how poorly he's built.  Now in his case it kind of sort of works for his gimmick.

I've been watching some old NXT's, and Kassius Ohno looked ok to me. From pics I've seen of him after, he looked really bad in trunks. If he can get back to how he looked when they first switched FCW to NXT, I think he'd be fine.

That's believable. You can't grow all that glorious hair with normal levels of testosterone.
