Fandango and Breeze's super sunburned bit I can't help but think entertains exactly two people. Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn.

Love how New Day are having an inter-promotional feud with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega.

This match was fun, but had roughly 8897986 botches and missed timed moves. Entertaining disaster.

Agreed. That was a major clusterfuck at the end there.

What a fucking terrible match. It's just Corbin hitting him with right hands for 20 minutes.

This is a pretty shitty PPV so far. The last 3 matches have the ability to save it, but they all have to deliver big time.

Excellent match, shit finish. Then again, guess it's better than AJ losing.

I can only see Ambrose or Owens winning this. Love to see Cesaro do it, but he doesn't have the storyline possibilities as the others.

Not a good PPV tonight.

Great main event, I can't see Ambrose as anything more than a placeholder, this should set up a Shield Triple Threat WWE World Championship main event for next month's PPV.

I watched Game of Thrones instead of the Main because I figured they would just go LOLRoman. Didn't think he would lose for a second, let alone cleanly.

Did Vince back down from Brock/Reigns at Summerslam because of UFC? Had to have been, why else end Roman's title reign at 2 months?

In hindsight we should've seen it coming.

Ambrose is from Ohio.

We're not talking quantum physics.

You're assuming Vince is up on current events. The logic that Ambrose is from Ohio wouldn't register to Vince until 2021 when it's not relevant.

It also gets rid of Money In The Bank for this year which is a nice change of pace.  They protected Roman in the loss too as he clearly had a clean victory before Rollins shockingly clean win.

I think now may be a good time to do a real Rollins/Reigns double-turn and Dean's involvement will make that even easier.

Dean Ambrose went from getting his head sliced open with a turkey carver in front of about 50 people to WWE World champion. Wow.

The whole "Dean Ambrose is from Ohio" thing Vince is absolutely clueless about.

I like the possibilities, but I don't know why Vince did it. I mean, Roman has been pushed so hard he's getting Cena boos. Why give him his first clean loss right now just 2 months into his first real title reign?

My guess: Vince McMahon finally realized that pushing Reigns this hard was not a good idea.

I really don't think that's it.  James Caldwell of the Torch thinks it's a reaction to the awful rating on Monday's Raw.  If that's the case it's kind of odd that you'd put the strap on the guy who main evented* that episode.

If anything I tend to think it's a way to a) get us to the Shield three-way match people have been clamoring for and b) a full-blown heel turn for Roman Reigns.

*To be clear, I don't pin the rating on Ambrose because that Raw looked like an episode that the real main event was on earlier in the show anyhow, but it does make you look at that claim like O_o.
