Don't know why I keep watching this.  Easily the worst of the Arrowverse shows.  I just want to see Supergirl be Supergirl.  I don't want all this drama of "OMG I might be a lesbian!" or "OMG I might actually love someone from my rival planet" etc that this shows spends a good 80% of it's run time on...

Agree with everything said.

And yet, thought Legends managed to be even worse then Supergirl.  :(

Rip is suddenly a jerk, with a bad Men in Black parody full of other jerks, all wearing business suits.  And the Legends crew all tried getting jobs, for some reason.  You know, like how the League of Assassin's all works at Wal-Mart or Taco Bell?

Even Ray Palmer the billionaire tech mogul.  That's like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs years after establishing success joining a startup.

Yea the first episode of Legends got weird with them trying to be normal.  The Ray and Sara one's were the worst.  I don't agree with the complaint about Rip and the Time Bureau.  It was meant to come off like that to show that the Legends are needed and Time is to fickle to be maintained like a business

Haven't seen legends yet, low expectations

Flash may be the only one still worth watching

I really wish Maggie would go away. She makes EVERYTHING about HER. It's so irritating.

She is pretty selfish.  Wonder if that's the point, layering up your sjw themes to not only show same sex relationships, but to make a point they could have unhealthy relationships, too.

A kid who's well behaved has a fight, where she hits someone once.

That obviously calls for stepping in and investigating every aspect of that family, that one single incident.  Kids don't ever get in fights without a good reason.

Yeah, the writings worse then ever.  I liked the show IN SPITE of the soapboxing, but looks like the writers/creatives/executives believe the soapboxing is key to its success.  The same way George Lucas thought Jar Jar Binx was a key to Star Wars.

So much for the Super code against killing!

Kal:  "Just saved the world again.  No collateral damage, boo ya.  So how was your day?"

Kara:  "Went to mars, saved a people, reunited a father and son of a lost race, slaughtered some martians."

Kal:  "WHAT was that last one?"

Kara:  "Reuinited J'on with his dad?"

Anytime we get a J'onn heavy show, I'm happy.

Me too.  :)

Nerds as annoying as ever.

"You must not know Kara's history.  She has a martial background."

"Which would be fine, if the Kara on this show had such a background.  Which she does not.  In fact, she refused to accept Astra's death was necessary."

"She poisoned the Daxamites and killed Mon El's mother."

At that point I just gave up because the other guy is ignoring context..  Like, the context of being half dead and handed a way to drive off an invasion force that unintentionally resulted in a death, vs blasting enemies to bits with a smile..

This season has definitely had its ups and downs The show was a lot better when it was adapting Superman storylines from the comics.
What I'd give for a Booster Gold and Blue Beetle appearance next season...

I'll be honest Bobby, when I saw you say "preaching", I thought you were talking about me.

Because I read over some of my older posts in "annoys", and wonder when I became the thing that annoys me.  :(

But yes, I agree about Supergirl.   :biggrin_mini2:
