I'm pretty positive The Midnight Express (w/ Cornette) will get inducted by Ricky and Robert.

I would imagine cornette being involved with impact wrestling might make that something that is not doable for this year. Besides midnight express are not hof worthy for wwe.  I think a better tag team to induct into the wwe hof would be dudley boyz.

Wait, Corny is involved with Impact? Last i heard he was no longer a part of it since this split with Jeff Jarrett and GFW

Yeah Cornette left Impact as quickly as he came. He can’t travel to Canada and most of their shows are taped there.

Sting was HOF worthy for WWE? High Chief Peter Maivia? Eddie Graham? Cowboy Bill Watts? Inoki? Carlos Colon?

They inducted Flair as a Horseman while he was still under contract to TNA, so anything is possible.

I just figured since Corny inducted R&Rs last year, that turnabout would be a logical step for this year.

Bobby Eaton isn't in to good of shape. That's why I don't see it happening, although I would be all for it, especially with a Jim Cornette induction. I still love the s*** outta him.

Well, just because his health isn't good doesn't mean he can't be inducted. He just wouldn't be there. You'd still conceivably could have Condrey and Lane. Not sure what Rose is doing.

I would mark out big time for a double jj in a 2019 royal rumble surprise entrant. Of course it would have been better in 2018 because it would have been more of a surprise.

Jerry was Vince's hand-picked successor had Vince gone to jail for the 90's steroid scandal. I honestly thought we'd see Jerry in before Jeff.

That said, my guess is Lawler does the induction speech.

On Jarrett, it wouldn't surprise me if Road Dogg gets the intro but there's many people that could fit the bill.  Lawler was a big proponent of his.  His matches with Razor helped break him into the IC mold.  The Von Erichs had ties to him early on.  It could also be Bischoff since he helped propel his career in WCW.

I feel like this is just a check mark on Vince's list.  If you looked at the people he was with, he comes as the least important one so far, even behind Ivory.

Has somebody ever been inducted who was alive but not present? I mean I know they could do it but part of the package is pageantry and PCness. That's in bigger doses when they do somebody who is "no longer with us" than it is with somebody who is just not with us, if that makes any sense.

I think jeff jarrett is a very important wwe hofer from the attitude era. In some ways he was the miz of his day. A guy at the fringe top but never allowed to be the guy on a roster stacked with austin. rock. hhh. undertaker at full time kane back when he waas scary monster undertaker borther kane and not jobbing to lesnar all the time kane, foley. He and jericho sort of switched places in summer/fall of 1999. Also he got a pretty nice appaluse when his introduction was shown. Honestly his feud with road dog is not something I look back on and think of has being the highlight of either's career.

I swear I remember him getting inducted already.  It must've been in a parallel universe.  Kazzam!!!!

Part of me is really glad to see Hillybilly Jim get into the HOF as that means Fandango probably still has a chance.

that is so fucking awesome and sad at the same time. I remember listening to a youtube vid about how a lot of the island boys as he calls them got into the biz 40 years ago is they showed up at the heels hotel looking for a fight and they had to get smartened up themselves and that is how they got into the business. It might have even been 50 or 60 years ago.
