Not that this will change anything, but I did e-mail their Customer Service.

Re: Recent Ticket Buying Experience
I wanted to write to you, to pass along my recent experience while trying to purchase tickets to the All In show on September 1, 2018 at the Sears Centre.
The tickets, as you know, went on sale yesterday at 3:00pm.
I was on the website at 2:50pm, and I refreshed the page at 2:58pm to start the process, and see if there was a link to purchase.
Right away, there was a slow down of the website and I know you're aware of the crush of user traffic due to popular demand.
However, what I am upset about is that after several minutes (close to ten), I was able to finally select my choice of price range. Then I was actually assigned a section, row, and seats. All I had to do was click the CHECKOUT button, and pay for them.
After I clicked the Checkout button, I was at a page that just hung there, and was eventually thrown into the Virtual Waiting Room "due to high demand". HOWEVER, I was already offered tickets, all I had to do was pay for them!
By the time I got through the page timing out, and getting back to a page that actually loaded, everything was sold out.
I could understand if I was never able to get past the VWR, but I actually had seats assigned to me!
Thank you for reading.
