It is 2018 and outside interference behind an oblivious referee has no business in wrestling. Even worse when it happens on consecutive PPVs. The biggest reason Mahal's title reign was the worst of the past 10 years.

Rumor is a few NXT callups after Survivor Series, so I think if Black loses then up he goes. Johnny can still have things to do in NXT, Black accomplished enough.

I would say this was one of the worst takeovers on a PPV weekend ever.   The War Games match itself was good.  I thought the other matches were lacking.  The Ciampa ending was not scripted good enough I thought.  My other thought is who did Oh no piss off?

You guys must have watched a different show than everyone else.


That was another Takeover that delivered huge and will overshadow the main roster ppv tonight.

I thought it was another good NXT show, but not it's best. The women's match was overscripted garbage and the ending for Ciampa/Dream fell flat. Very good stuff the final 10 minutes of it though, the Dream is a future star.
War Games was fun and almost impossible not to be, but last year's was better. Like I said, very good show but not the best one this year.

The women’s match shouldn’t have had any stipulations since they rushed it, but I thought it was still a great overbooked match setting up the 3 on 3 program. Shirai’s moonsault was perfection. Kairi Saine’s elbows are amazing. Plus those spots on the apron wow.


Dream vs Ciampa and Black vs Gargano are interchangeable in terms of match of the night.


Dream did so much in homages to Hogan, Bret, Shawn, and Savage seamlessly into the match and Ciampa did great character work, including throwing paper at Ranallo as an improv reaction.


Black vs Gargano was just perfect in story and time. Vince will absolutely ruin these guys on main.


The actual war games match should just have been shorter. It was very memorable and Triple or whoever booked so many staged iconic moments like the tower of doom, both teams facing each other middle of both rings evenly, Richoechet doing things only he can off the cage.


Riddle winning in 6 seconds was also very over asca match that wasn’t supposed to happen and had no time for.
