I think us crazy IWC Smarkity Smarks can stop worrying.

I think ol' AmDrag is gonna be OK in WWE.

Episode 32: Silent Running

This list has more legitimacy than their top 50 list. I also agree with their #1. Though I could have understood Cena making the list.

Two things though

-The Cobra Clutch was more like a sleeper, right? As in not so much submission as it caused people to pass out. Like The Million Dollar Dream.

-Backlund mainly only used the Chickenwing in his heel run in the mid 90s? In his prime he used that rollup/bridge combo.

I agree with freud.  I've always considered those moves to be submission moves.

Not really.  His original finish was the Atomic Drop, then he began using the Victory Roll/Backlund Bridge around 1981.  He also began to regularly procure the crossface chicken wing around 1981 to.   In fact, there's a great bout with Buddy Rose in MSG where they do a total modern WWE finish with Backlund rolling through Rose's Robinson Backbreaker (an awesome move where the guy grabs what looks to be a side suplex and then picks the opponent up and slams him one armed across his knee) to procure the crossface for the win.

Having Angle at #2 shows you what they think of TNA as a threat.

Given that Angle is on the list, the glaring omission is Mankind.

Striker says that after one night with Kurt Angle, he still can't walk properly.  Nice.

i can get behind that list.  i'd put malenko ahead of jericho, but everything else makes sense.
