That's why you either play in a party, or keep your head set off. Nothing says you have to listen to the idiots online. I'm an average gamer at best (reflexes are slower now that I'm nearing 40) but I get crushed regularly by 12 year olds - but I don't hear a single word they say.

MK is apparently snubbed by the hardcore fighting game fans, because of balance issues and not being Street Fighter.  I played for about and hour, and actually had fun. 

Sure, I got my arse handed to me a lot, but nobody was really trying to show off..  They just wanted people to play with.

reply all - I had 150 e-mails when I got to work. Some dummy sent out a mass e-mail to the wrong distribution list. I never saw that one because he recalled it. But I got hundreds saying "why am I getting this?" and dozens more saying "stop replying to all" - some responed to the "stop replying" with "stop replying to all" - seriously? Assholes

This happens in our organization from time to time.  It's amazing these morons don't realize they are just as big a problem as the initial idiot.

The funniest one included a reply to all that said, "I don't have time in my day for you stupidity."  Obviously just a typo by leaving of the r on your, but considering the context I found it funny.

This seems to pop up about once a quarter at my work as well, and the same thing happens.  Honestly, how hard is it for them to just hit delete?  They are perpetuating the problem by replying!

Getting on a piece of exercise equipment like a recumbant bike or an elliptical, and figuring out 2 seconds later that it's basically broken. Not unusable - it still "works" in that sense. But the electronics in it are broken, or the inner mechanics of it are all rusty. And your body wouldn't know the difference. But there's something totally demoralizing about trying to work out on a piece of shitty equipment.

There's a lot of radical people out there with radical beliefs..  And for awhile, the fringes annoyed the hell out of me, not because of their individual beliefs, but more because there's enough of them that believe in their garbage that they form little fringe groups..  Someone who believes in, say, a master race is one thing..  An entire group of them believing this and hanging out together is something else.  It kind of crushes my idealist beliefs (Or is "wishful thinking" a better term?) that any group of people will simply ostracize the crazies, and being shunned from polite society, they'll go hide in their grandmothers basement or something......  Yet, they always seem to find each other, somehow.

Lets see if I can make sense out of this. I hate it when your driving down a road that has a middle turning lane then some fucker up the road is making a left turn on to the road your going straight on. My immediate reaction is this dipshit doesn't see me so I'm going to slow down to avoid a collision only for them to start coasting in the middle turn lane waiting for my ass to pass them. Its even worse when there is a left turning lane at a traffic light just up from where they are turning on and you are trying to get in it but the guy is blocking you and waiting for me to pass.

it's called using the left turn lane for merging. i hate it too. especially because they sit there like traffic is going to stop and let them in. if they got up to speed THEN they could merge

You know that joke of a terminally ill cancer patient who's told by a doctor that they don't actually have cancer, and can expect to live a long and healthy life, which only infuriates the patient because of all the medical bills they have to pay now?

The real life version of that is basically a "Wrongful life lawsuit", legitimized by California, where a disabled person sues to recover damages for living as a disabled person (Instead of avoiding such expenses by having been aborted..).. 

Not to be confused with a wrongful birth suit, where a parent can sue for lack of information on a disability before a birth, so they can make an informed decision.

Yeah, disabilities are expensive, but this is basically saying someone is better off dead/never having existed, and should be compensated  for existing, which is pretty screwed up imo..

Come to think of it, those bricks with the prongs on them even existing is annoying.  If you have to use a brick, at least make it part of a setup with a standard sized extension plug, like some do...
