i got elite 8 sheamus and regal. i saw edge and was going to get him, but i didn't like the face sculpt once i saw it up close so i passed. passed on that stupid dress wearing ut too.

I think I may have liked Elite 1 Edge's face sculpt better, but the attire was too boring. I definitely like this attire a ton better. Now I need Macho Legend Series 5 and them to do a better Elite Swagger.

yeah, i thought the same thing about edge. i'm sure they'll make another and hopefully it'll have a face sculpt to my liking.

i got macho for my birthday and i ended up getting the macho king too.

The irony is I actually like the sculpts a lot better in the regular figures rather than Elite. Something about the big cracks going across the chest....

i don't mind cause it gives extra articulation. i do think they need to work on getting an extra articulation point in the knee and better range in the ankles and hips so you can place them on the top rope in a squatting position.

for example, you can't pose punk in his top rope pose (where he has one foot on the mid rope and one on the top) w/o him leaning to one side.

also, many of the elites come with tshirts so you don't even see that ab crunch on them.

I get why it's there with the articulation. But I guess I'm more of a sculpt guy than an articulation guy.

What does that have to do with wrestling figures?

Has anyone else ever bought a figure that has one leg that's longer than the other? My DM Warrior has that problem. It's kind of messed up, because it makes him lean to one side.

Has nothing to do with figures. Just figured since you ape'd my sig, you should have some factual info there.

Yeah, it happens. You might want to check his ankle joints as they might not be pegged correctly, you can try heating it with a hair dryer and see if it corrects itself, or just return it for a new one.

SO, back to figures... Starting this coming Sunday, TRU has a new promotion where if you buy 4 eligible figures, send in your receipts and UPC's from said figures, you can get a n elite Vince Mcmahon figure.

Eligible figures are Elites, Legends and Defining Moments. TRU is receiving Basic 11, Elite 9 Legends 5 and DM 3 for the sale.

Figures have to be bought from July 3rd to Sept something for the promotion, so sorta yeah, but sorta no too.

the tru's near me have lots of mattel wwe figs. unfortunately, it's all stuff they had last christmas. in this area, there were at least 5 tru express stores and all of that stuff went to the big stores after christmas. the only new product they've gotten were the 2 packs (the ones with a current guy and a legend) and defining moments.

Yeah, they've got a lot of peg warming stuff here too. They still have Legends 2 and Elite 6 mostly at TRUs around me.
