It what could certainly be one of the more surreal projects in the superhero world, Adam West and Burt Ward announced that they will be providing voices for an animated Batman movie done in the style of their classic campy incarnations of The Caped Crusader and The Boy Wonder.
The movie should be available next year, which will be the 50th anniversary of the TV shows’ airing. No word yet on who would be voicing some of the other villains. Sadly Burgess Meredith and Cesar Romero are no longer with us, so The Penguin or Joker will have to be portrayed by somebody else.
