This week, all the Matches Of The Day will be dedicated to the memory of Nick Bockwinkel.
All Japan, 1984 – The World Tag League round robin tournament had been an annual tradition for years. Teams from around the globe competed in a round robin (everybody faces everybody) style tournament to determine the best team of the year. This battle of “gaijin” has Bockwinkel teaming with former NWA Champion Harley Race to take on former AWA Champion Stan Hansen and the barbaric Bruiser Brody.
