Well, his skin was light-colored, but it's not really clear if the guy could be considered non-white.
The point of the video was not police brutality, though. It was how too many cops aren't well-trained in hands-on physical restraint and control, because the rely too much on tasers and other non-lethal weapons. So we have three cops, each of whom outweigh a shirtless, sock-footed guy by at least 50lbs each, and even when they have him on the ground and incapacitated, they don't know how to flip him over and cuff him.
