First game down. Great pitchers duel where neither team deserved to lose.

On to the NLCS. Cubs rallied with four runs in the 9th to off the Giants. Revenge for 1989...

I was shocked to hear that they pulled it out last night.  That's awesome.

Currently 1-1 against The Dodgers. Good gravy I'd never seen a pitcher get gushed over by announcers as much as Kershaw got it from the FS1 announcers. Even when The Dodgers were batting it was "Kershaw this" and "Kershaw that".

Kershaw is pretty incredible though.

In case you're living under a rock, The Cubs are going to the World Series for the first time since WWII

The last time The Cubs won a World Series game was one month after WWII ended

I don't care about either team, but Go Indians! It's compelling TV to watch a team fail for over a century the way the Cubs have.

Wello, it's Do Or Die for The Cubs, and history is not on their side.

The last team to rally from a 3-1 deficit in the World Series was Kansas City is 1985.

Onto Game 6! Kris Bryant redeemed himself from his 2 errors in Game 4 by homering in Game 5.

Win or Lose, at least this series is competitive.

Game 7!

Cubs got this.

Imagine how deflating this would be for Cleveland if the Cavs had not won the NBA title 4 months ago.

3-1 through 4.  Kluber definitely looking human tonight, while Hendricks is making up for mistakes behind him.  Let's go Cubs!

I stayed up to watch it.  Same feeling I got when the Red Sox won their first one recently.  Can't believe it finally happened.

Now that we are the other side of it, I must say this.  There's no such thing as a "lovable loser."  Just my take.

Yeah I've never understood that. I never loved losing.

I respect that.  There's just nothing special about losing.  A lot of teams do it, but the Cubs were "lovable/loveable."  Not buying that.

Hate to break it to you, but "recently" was 12 years ago. We old.
