So my first post was about the documentary, which is great.

I have watched some of the show. It is trying to stay far away from real character names and likenesses. It's a shame they couldn't get waivers, it might make it more enjoyable. That being said, it's better than I thought it would be.

Yeah, I finished it. If you watch the documentary, you can see how jumbled they made it.

I was watching for the Ivory knock-off and I couldn't find her so I figured that it was just bits and pieces.

Watched the first six episodes last night. The light bulb really went off in episode 4 and I realized how good this show was and what they were building to. Looking forward to the last few episodes.

Terrific show so far. You don't have to be a wrestling fan or a girl to like it. I guess it does help being a wrestling fan though as there are Easter eggs and cameos for us.

The star of the show is the blonde chick. What a smokestack she is. Annie from Community is a really good actress and it's good to see her get lead roles. Kudos to her for dressing herself way down for the role. Also, as amazing as it is that I think this, I think they could have done without her nudity early in the series. It was amazing to see... but kind of pointless.

In never honestly heard of Glow till John Morrison tried out for Tough Enough years ago and told Ivory he was a fan of hers.

The documentary was great and very touching.

They could have done without it, but first episode nudity is a fairly common device to hook the pervs and keep them coming back.

Wow! I never put two and two together. I figured she was another actress that had to be taught how to wrestle. I am impressed.

Also, about the nudity discussion. It is the OINTB creator so I didn't expect anything different. If they interviewed the staff I would expect them to say the nudity to was to show the closeness of her and her friend. The sex scene was to show where she was mentally with that man. Anyway, it's the off-network mentality to push the envelope.

I was a fan of GLOW. I used to stay up on Saturday nights to watch it. I saw Godiva do an upside down flip into the turnbuckles one night and her skirt flipped up... full 80s wonderbush.
