Hardys referring to brokenness
« on: July 11, 2017, 11:06:07 AM »
On Raw, several catchphrases from the Broken era were spoken from the Hardys' mouths.  Is there any word on what is happening?

I keep seeing that they are close to getting it all worked out, but they've been saying that since the Hardys got back.

I don't know if I want to see it or not at this point. WWE Creative would just ruin it with their idiocy. Anyone who is still buying into the "VKM is a genius" mythos at this point is either blinded by brand loyalty, or they are just plain dumb. The man is an idiot who tanked the biggest angle in wrestling history because of his ego, and has squandered every chance for a new star since then so they could keep Cena as the guy.

I'm curious as to which angle in specific you are referring to?

I would assume that Fatty is referring to the Invasion Angle, which turned into Let's Fuck These Guys Hard To Show How Big My Dick Is Angle.  It was a license to print money, and McMahon pissed it away because of his ego.

Just as well since the NWO angle was just as ruined.

The NWO angle fizzled, but it came out the gate strong and made Dubya Cee Dubya boatloads of money.

Back on topic, Matt Hardy is apparently calling people dilapidated mules on Twitter.

That entrance where Reby played piano (with her fine ass) and Jeff sang "I fade away and classify myself as obsolete" was the best entrance I've ever seen in wrestling. Yes, better than Cena and UT's WM stuff. Better than Rusev's tank entrance. I sing that Hardy song to myself a lot.
