It’s crazy how good this show is. Much better than Luke Cage and kind of has the same tone as Netflix Punisher.

I told my friend to watch this, he watches Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, but didn’t think this would be good. He was shocked at how right I was.

2 episodes in it's my new favorite super hero show

Anyone know if it will be tied into the rest of the CW shows?

Stand alone for now. This was originally developed for Fox.

Huh, wonder how much was changed?

Did his daughter have a girlfriend in the original version?  Or is that something they added in for the CW, like Alex "coming out" as soon as they switched networks?

This can easily be an Earth 47 or something. Great show.

So I haven't watched since I posted this. Catching up, on episode 5

Earlier they mentioned a character named Two-Bit, someone said "Is that like Huggy Bear?"

Episode 5, there is the man himself LOL

I like that the show is not preachy, despite the subject matter

Season finale.
That's story telling. I don't have to agree with all the themes or viewpoints, but you have heroes you can root for, bad guys to root against or hate. They don't make "the government" or "the police" evil, just segments of them. Well done.

BTW, they mentioned Vixen and Supergirl in the last episode

A relative complained the hero looks like someones dad.

I told him "He is."

Long retired super-domestic making a comeback is the entire point.

Yeah, I like this show, too.  Up there with some of the better Netflix shows, imo.
