Steam games
« on: November 17, 2011, 01:24:21 PM »
Just got Atom Zombie Smasher as a gift.

Picture a tower defense game, where you and the monsters are inside the tower, and you're trying to get the fuck out.  That's about the size of it...  You set things up like infantry and barricades, call in this rescue heli, try and rescue as many survivors as you can before the zombies infect them, and get out.

Lot of fun.  And it's a different experience each time, with randomly given options and such..

Did you know Team Fortress 2 and Portal is free?

Well, you know now.

I bought the Orange Box, so I get a cool world war I style helm and some other neat stuff in TF2.  :D

If anyone wants a round with me in that, or Left for Dead 2, I'm usually logged into Steam as CDTM.

That was a fun game!  :D

You made a good impression on my friends, and NotQuiteAtlas doesn't impress easily.

I love playing as The Black Guy..  All the white characters are like "Hang on a sec, gotta heal", but the black dudes like "SHIT!  Gotta heal my ass!", and "THESE MOTHERFUCKIN ZOMBIES ARE EVERYWHERE!"

In video games, all black men talk like Samuel L. Jackson.   :laugh_mini:

i agree, i'm pretty great.

there were a few situations where i could have been more patient/explained things better.  i'm not used to playing with noobs and i must have been making assumptions that you guys knew some of the little tricks and shortcuts.

playing vs mode will force you to learn shit a lot faster though  :help_mini:

Didn't go so great after you left.  A lot of failed attempts to cross that bridge, with a second tank crushing our best effort right at the helipad..

Eventually I kind of gave up and kept killing kpkeene, and he quit the server.  ^_^;

Those shotty's do mad damage on players.

adrenaline is very helpful for that stage.  if i have it, i pop it as soon as the first tank gets close and just run past him.  trying to fight it amongst all those cars is often futile. and unless you're limping when the shot wears off, he can't catch up to you.

we should try again without him, his ping is f'n ridiculous
