I'm guessing the 2nd thing is the most likely scenario, altho I doubt UT retires.

right, but going into it, you kinda want people to think hhh has the upperhand so that it's more satisfying when ut wins. it's a better story. making hhh the underdog and then having him lose is a weak story.
