A demo of Pleasant Valley Sunday  that predates The Monkees' version. This was done by co-writer Carole King

Ryan Adams gives a singer/songwriter take on Taylor Swift. The result is very Springsteen.

The Monkees have a new album out as a 50th Anniversary. This sounds like it could've been on the TV show it's so nostalgic

It was The Monkees, Noel Gallagher of Oasis co-wrote it. It's on the new Monkees 50th Anniversary album. Nesmith and Dolenz are the vocals.

The segment with Davy shaking hands and walking away made me  :-[

One more from The Monkees latest. They did a good job of trying to sound like they did in their TV days.
