PWMania's Take On Tonight's RAW (spoilers)
« on: February 25, 2013, 10:26:50 AM »
Tonight’s WWE RAW will take place from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Confirmed for tonight’s show is Vince McMahon vs. Paul Heyman in a fight plus John Cena vs. CM Punk with the winner getting a WWE Title shot against The Rock at WrestleMania 29.

Speculation is that The Undertaker may return to TV tonight after making his in-ring return at a live event over the weekend. Brock Lesnar is confirmed for tonight’s show as is Rey Mysterio. Two stars who won’t be on RAW tonight are The Rock and Chris Jericho. Advertised locally for tonight is
WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:

* Does Paul Heyman stand a chance against Vince McMahon?
* More fiery fallout for Kane and Daniel Bryan?
* What avenue will Ryback pursue against The Shield this week?
* What will Brad Maddox do as Assistant to the Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero?
* Cena vs. Punk: Once more, with feeling

i'm watching zero wrestling these days, but...

* Does Paul Heyman stand a chance against Vince McMahon?  brock will show up and then hhh and we'll get that whole crap started.
* More fiery fallout for Kane and Daniel Bryan?  i so hate tag champs that dont get along.  this may be well done (i wouldn't know so dont bother telling me), but the idea of it is stupid.
* What avenue will Ryback pursue against The Shield this week? i'm amazed the shield was allowed to beat the super team at elim chamber.  i'm guessing it was total bs tho and they didnt get anything near a clean finish?  am i the only one that doesnt give a shit about ryback?  does the shield officially work for heyman or what?
* What will Brad Maddox do as Assistant to the Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero?  who's brad maddox and why do i care about him?  and...we definitely need more authority figures.  weeeeeeeeeeeeee
* Cena vs. Punk: Once more, with feeling  i may tune in for this.  should be a good match.  is rock gonna be there?

I think it would be hilarious if they came out and announced Swagger was suspended and then he attacked someone later in the night or at the end of the segment.  I'm sure they'd catch grief for using his situation for an angle, but it would be an interesting swerve.

i think that means he wont be in the house, but its always possible rock will be on the video screen.

either way it's kinda dumb to have a match to decide who will face the wwe champion and not have the wwe champion say something either before or after the match.

If it's going to be the main event then I have no issue with it.  The champ saying something beforehand is completely unnecessary.  Saying it after works for me, but not if it's in the last segment.

that's true.  usually they like to close with the two competitors eye to eye.

now if he's not on next raw, then there's an issue.

That I completely agree with.  You need him there in person to start building for WrestleMania once things get sorted out tonight.

you knew HHH was gonna make the save, but that didn't make it anymore disappointing. what a terrible, uninteresting rematch.

The Best was when someone on Twitter talked about Cesaro being stronger than Ryback and starting #strongerthanRyback as a thing.

Brock has the longest arms I have ever seen.

This Wrestlemania card is shaping up to be pretty bad.

Once again, Zeb Coulter really doesn't say anything offensive (other than some jabs at "you Mexican people") and is barely heelish. The crowd wasn't booing him because they were listening and thinking. It's a great story to watch, but I could give a shit less about this match and I like both wrestlers.
