Any concern about Everton?  6 points back with a game in hand and Everton hosts Arsenal on April 6th.  Everton has a fairly easy schedule (they do get City at home).  The Goal Differential is close enough that Everton can nearly say their fate is in their own hands.

There wasn't much concern until that own goal in the 90th minute against a relegation team. This team is in a total tailspin and I can't see anything but an 8-1 beating by Man City on Saturday. Wenger can put together a squad, but he no longer can motivate them or make them have that championship fire. Title contenders don't lose to anyone 6-0, even if they started the game with 9 men.

Maybe missing the Champions League is what the team needs to get rid of Wenger or force his hand to spend big this summer. Still, if they make the Champions League and win the FA Cup(a gimme 2 weeks ago that is now at 40% tops), I guess it's a step forward as long as they overhaul their fitness system. The whole team has that Mr. Glass disease.

Let's just say that they miss out on the Champions League(not unlikely) and they don't even win the FA Cup(unlikely, but not crazy), do they finally get rid of Wenger? Or do they just blame the season on injuries?

The players just give up too easily. If they go down 1-0 within 5 minutes, it's almost guaranteed to be a 7 goal loss.

Came back to draw Man City in the latest round of "Does ANYBODY Want to Win the Premier League?" after Chelsea's loss to a relegation squad.

Still, Arsenal are only 4 points up on Everton and Everton have played 2 fewer games. So basically, if they don't beat or at least draw Everton next week, they aren't going to the Champions League. To play 70% of the season in first place an then miss out on the Champions League would be disastrous and affect their offseason transfers, if they even have any.

Everton hasn't played this week.  Or are you assuming 3 points against -40 Goal Differential bottom of the Table Fulham?

City are still the favorites, but it is hard to ignore Liverpool right now.  They are playing like City was in December and January.

Yeah, I assume they steamroll Fulham, putting them 1 point behind Arsenal with an extra game to play. Arsenal has an easy 5 after this while Everton does as well, but they run into City in 3 weeks. So, Arsenal basically has to run the table or they are done.

Liverpool is just on fire right now. Suarez is on a Messi like level, if Messi had real competition to play against and didn't score 5 goals a game. They are arrogant pricks, but they are fun to watch.

I will pull for Man City because fuck Chelsea at all costs and their manager.

EDIT: I fucked up and read an outdated table. Arsenal would still be 1 point clear of Everton even if Everton won their 2 games in hand. That changes everything. They can now draw Everton and still be fine, but they really need that win. Too many missed chances this season. That own goal against Swansea in stoppage time may be what knocks them out of the Top 4.

It's for the best they miss the Champions League, they play too many games anyway. Now, they can focus on adding depth and signing strikers instead of ignoring injuries and falling from first to 5th or even 6th.

Wigan not making it easy.  Up 1-0 with less than 20 minutes to go.

Wigan is reeling right now.  1-1.  They'd certainly sign up for extra time at this point.

Fabianski won this game for Arsenal. The FA Cup Final is next month, so either we will have 5 starters back, or lose another 5 to injury. With the Champions League unlikely for 2015, calls for Wenger's head will be deafening if they don't win the FA Cup. Especially how he did nothing during the transfer window and watched the trophy frontrunners all year drop this many games late in the season.

EDIT: Just read on ESPN that his contract is over this summer. So, let's say they lose in the FA Cup Final and finish out of the Top 5. Do they resign Wenger or is that it for him? I can see cutting him some slack with the absurd amount of injuries, but he is the one who likes a thin roster and let January pass with nothing to show for it.

Everton pulled an Arsenal and lost to Crystal Palace at home. Gunners are now 1 point ahead of them in 4th and control their own destiny. On paper, Arsenal has an easy schedule while Everton has to play Man City, so they should hold on, but they are Arsenal and break very easily. Their odds of qualifying for UCL stand at 25% to me.

Arsenal will get a minimum of 8 points from their remaining 4.  Something in the 8 to 10 point range looks reasonable.  Everton will likely need to win at least 3 of their remaining 4 and not lose the other one to have a chance.

Both scenarios seem very likely. Honestly, it depends on Arsenal's injury situation. If they get some guys back and no one else goes down, they should have it. If Mertesacker. grabs his quad and Giroud twists an ankle, very small chance.

Kieran Gibbs will miss another game. He is too injured and left back will probably be addressed in the transfer window.

This team needs to drink their Malk with Vitamin K.

Today was wonderful and frustrating. Wonderful because the team is as healthy as they have been in months and it showed with Ramsey being brilliant and Podolski having a cannon foot. Frustrating because no one ran away with the league this year and it is pretty obvious that if this team didn't lose so much talent, they would've competed until the final day for the title. Maybe not won, but the last game would've mattered.

I wish we didn't play Hull City because now they can analyze what went wrong and adjust in a few weeks for Wembley.

Arsenal has clinched 4th thanks to Everton losing their last 3 of 4 and the Gunners getting people back from the grave. They will probably rest their stars the final 2 meaningless games in preparation for the FA Cup Final.

I don't think anyone else even had 50, but I could be mistaken.

Ramsey's injury is what really did it. Ozil was not the same without Ramsey's speed to play off of. They will finish about 7 points out and it is wall punchingly obvious Arsenal was the best team this year when not crippled by injury. Wenger still needs to get a legit striker like Diego Costa, but he built a winner, they were just fragile. Can't rely on them again, especially Wilshere who is Mr. Glass.

Man City spent so much over the FFP rules that they may have their Champions League squad reduced.

Hull scores in the 4th minute.  For a neutral, this is the best thing.  Could be an entertaining final.

And in the 9th, but somehow an Arsenal player found his balls and Cazorla scored in the 16th minute on a perfect free kick. 2-1 heading into the half and that is only surprising to people who have never seen Arsenal play in a big game. This team is very mentally soft and that's all on Arsene "4th place is a trophy" Wenger. Just getting to the Final is great! Everyone gets ice cream!

Arsenal has controlled play since the 2nd goal, but it's still unlikely they tie it up, let alone win this game. If they don't, another failure season for Arsenal with talks of progress thrown in.

45 minutes until Piers goes nuclear on twitter.  Wish FOX had hired him to be a studio analyst today.

Piers isn't really wrong.....when it comes to Arsenal, he is a cunt with everything else. RVP was a bitch who didn't really earn a trophy, he just went to the Champs and watched them win another one, they didn't need him.

Wenger should be tossed aside if they can't beat Hull Fucking City in the FA Cup. They already beat them twice by a combined score of 5-0. They beat them 2 weeks ago 3-0 AT Hull City. If you can't perform your best when the bright lights are on you, you don't belong in the BPL. Yes, we are without Walcott, but we are the healthiest we have been since Week 1 and even at our worst we still have much more talent than Hull City. No excuses, they have to win or they are chokers and it starts at the top.

As a top scorer, why would you go to Arsenal during the summer transfer window? United is going to spend $500 Million over the summer and return to glory and now Liverpool is a Top 4 squad. Arsenal will be 5th if they can't get the monkey off their back today and be able to get a Diego Costa type player.

God, I hate this fucking team. Miami Dolphins of North London.

This will go down as one of the worst defeats in club history if they don't win, considering how many bars and nets and saves that have happened in the last 45 minutes. I have no confidence in a penalty kick decision.
