Why are you replacing Vader?

Also, I unlocked everything last night using the DLC so I need to start building my rosters and stables.

Ah, I thought Vader wasn't in this one. Thank goodness I can still Vaderbomb people into oblivion when I get this game.

TIP: Replace Miz's Skull Crushing finisher with Grandmaster Sexy's full nelson face buster. Same move, except the animation on Sexy's is a lot more fluid.

Played some of the attitude mode. Far more fun than I expected.

I think people are robbing themselves of a great gaming experience by skipping the Attitude mode.  Not only that, I haven't seen a lot of this stuff in almost 10 years so combined with the video packages it's like living through a history lesson.  It's a very unique experience!

It's well executed from what I played of it. No wandering around backstage in a poorly rendered environment. They just throw historical matches at you and make you play them.

I'm still not going to be satisfied till I've tinkered with the movesets of everyone that I' m going to use on a regular basis. Currently, it seems like everyone has a selection of SICK-looking back  drop suplexes in their chain wrestlnig moves. Need to move those to groggy or specials. And then all the attitude guys have some silly modern moves thrown in where they shouldn't be.

Still, everything is there! It just needs to be shuffled around.

DDP is awesome in this, btw. Especially his crazy face right as he drops the cutter.

My only (minor) gripe about DDP is that it isn't more of that WCW looking DDP.  Although the look they use makes him fit in a bit better with the current superstars.

Yeah, It'd be nice to have both versions.

ALSO: So much easier to bust people open in this one. I feel like I've already experienced more blood with 13 than 12.

Tell me about it.  Every time I do the Stone Cold Stunner it busts someone open.  THE STONE COLD STUNNER.  That doesn't even make any sense!  But it's great.  I love the blood.  Like if you keep hitting their head it gets messier.

The blood is awesome.  I also like how they have multiple moves for targeting the head when an opponent is on the mat.  I like that one where you pick the guy up and knee him in the face.

I am chewing on so many foreheads with Gangrel right now.

I love all the new limb target stuff in this one but SHIT, it's gonna take me a long time to get the movesets up to par.

I've started playing Universe Mode.

I've created an old school WWF MSG style venue, complete with the harsh dark lighting, blue mats, blue apron and posts, red white and blue ring ropes.  PPV venues are the only time they bust out the video screens and lights.

I have one show a week on Mondays.

Hunico has already won the United States Championship and he is tag team champs with Alberto Del Rio.  He comes to the ring on a girl bike.

Can this be done with Vader?

I updated DDP's theme music to his WCW one.  This game reminds me that the APA was awesome.  I think I'm going to have them feud with the Road Warriors forever.

Why is nothing happening in Universe Mode?  I thought Paul Heyman had something to do with it?

The most exciting thing that's happened so far is Cody Rhodes buying a front row ticket and then doing absolutely nothing with it.  I guess that is the magic Heyman touch they've been talking about?

Oh and I've had cards change on me mid show without even doing anything, so I guess that is Heyman-esque too.

I haven't even started it yet! Gotta get all the movesets in order first.

Gangrel and DDP have quite a budding feud going in Exhibition mode, though.

WHY CANT I DO ELBOW DROPS WITH SHAWN MICHAELS

Can't pull em off, it's a historical requirement in the 3rd or 4th Attitude match. I want to move on to killing HHH w/ Cactus Jack but I want to unlock whatever the 3rd match will get me

You gotta head up to the top rope while it says signature and your opponent is lying on the mat.  Make sure you're close enough.

This is my first WWE game since Smackdown vs RAW 2006.  Play tested as Austin against Rock, and he flash pin KOs me with a rock bottom.  Then beats me in six straight rematches.  :(

Guess the franchise has changed somewhat.  I just hope the Attitude Era content is worth the 60 dollars.

Oh, and I have Xbox Gold for a little bit, so if anyone wants to kick my ass online, I'll see about getting my secondary gold only account posted onto the board.. (Since it's a freebie gold.  I was set to pay for a year, but a friend told my new accounts get an option for a month, so I figure why not try before I buy..?)

I'll probably be getting this on Black Friday. Then I shall not rest until I have a perfectly working Tugboat in the game.

I already mentioned this here, but I looked it up again today and DLC #2 out in December is the one that will have all the additional belts.  Can't wait to make someone the AWA champion.  You will also get the WCW nWo title and the WCW US title.

Holy shit, do yourself a favor and do Dolph Zigler's headstand taunt at an inopportune time.

I did it this morning and X-pac springboard crossbody blocked me while I was inverted -- and it looked brutally realistic.

About half my guys have corrected movesets. Soon I'll be giving the universe mode a proper go.

That's cool.
It's always the little things that bug me about this series.  You give us NoD Mark Henry and the NoD theme.  The movie shows Faarooq and he's in the game, but he's only in there with Acolyte and APA attire.
