During WrestleMania Axxess, NXT held a four man tournament to determine the NXT entrant into the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Hideo Itami defeated Fin Balor in the finals of the four man tournament to secure that entry. The other two tournament entries were Adrian Neville and Tyler Breeze.
Itami will join 19 other WWE Superstars at the annual event. Tatsumi Fujinami has already congratulated Itami on his win, as he is in San Jose for his WWE Hall Of Fame induction.
The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal will take place during the two-hour WrestleMania Pre-Show. The pre show will air live on The WWE Network at 5P ET/3P PT. We will of course be covering the event here as well as our Twitter @a1wpodcast.
