Ginyu lets Marvel win just long enough to get badly injured, then he shouts "CHANGE NOW!" and finds himself in Batson's body, while Batson is left in his own damaged body.  Sounds familiar

Indeed, this form of Vegeta was able to hold his own briefly with Beerus, the planet-obliterating, nigh-omnipotent God of Destruction, after Beerus struck Vegeta's wife Bulma.  Still a tough choice

Tough choice, tbh.  But Hook had the fantastic moment of knocking his younger drunk self out for hitting on his wife, so lets go with him.
